Our Services

  • We will make reasonable enquiries about your requirements and financial situation, and verify your details before recommending any loan or lease.

  • We source loans from a panel of lenders, including major banks and non-bank providers.

 

Fees and Commissions

  • Fees payable by you:

    • We may charge a fee for certain services. If so, you will receive a Credit Quote before any application is lodged.

    • You may also need to pay fees directly to the lender (these will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document).

  • Commissions received by us:

    • We may receive commissions from the lender that provides your loan.

    • The exact amount will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document before you proceed.

  • Referral fees:

    • If we pay or receive referral fees (e.g., to/from accountants, real estate agents), these will be disclosed to you.
